Now that the season of Battlebots is airing I figured I might add some tidbits about my robot, Uppercut to my blog. For more detailed info you can always like us on Facebook and follow us on Instagram.

Our first fight was against a multi-bot named Gemini. It went well for us 😊.

That being said, I gotta say people underestimate Gemini quite a bit, especially this year. Had we not knocked one out of the arena immediately, things might have gone differently. Their spinners combined weigh more than Uppercut’s and they even managed to tear a corner of our AR500 wedge. Combine that with our exposed wheels and we knew we had to make it a fast knockout.
